As we migrate from place to place each time we take something with us and leave something behind. We are actively participating in this transition by physical moving from space to space and making decisions along the way.
I was born in High Prairie, Alberta, and lived there until I was 12 years old.
Looking back to my memories of living in High Prairie I recognize that I have a unique perspective to share that is apart of a greater history. I am equally as interested in the transition from rural to urban communities and the experience of returning.
In my project I investigate the Peace Country Region as place. I am using my own self discoveries, walking, migration maps and engaging participants through situated learning.
