In a performance and material based practice I engage with vulnerability by confronting my abilities and limitations through stranger interactions, interdisciplinary study and collaboration.

My work is informed by an interest in contemporary socio-political power shifts created by the advancements in communication technology that transform the everyday. Current communication platforms are diverse, transient information streams that become fractured by producing accurate and inaccurate content. The overwhelming stream of information has the tenancy to manifest in stereotyping, anxiety, empathy, otherness, success, and defeat.

In my work I confront these psychological and physiological states to support the evolution of the phenomenology for feminine bodies. I combine the everyday with technology and the human body to break down social hierarchies that have been constructed to determine value and establish expectations within our identities.
